Sara's career in events started just out of college with a brief stint as a floral designer. After years in telecommunications she came back to the event world in 2016 opening Wander Event Rentals. Since those modest days Wander has grown to serve the PNW for all types of events as a premier event production company in Washington State. Including event planning and design, floral, custom builds, and more.

Lead event Designer and Planner

Sara has been in the creative industry since birth. With a degree in interior design she has brought her fabulous style to events where she loves to help her clients realize their dream day. When Sara isn't jet-setting across the country to attend Taylor Swift concerts (we secretly think she's Taylor's biggest fan), you can catch her in our showroom, weaving her magic to create jaw-dropping tablescapes or dreaming up floral installs and color palettes. 

Lera Thompson

Lead Event Planner

With a background in project management Lera is the best at juggling all the things. Making sure everything is taken care of so your day is enjoyable and stress free. Based on the Peninsula in Port Townsend, she's a local expert with fantastic style! When she's not planning weddings, she spends time enjoying the Peninsula and with her horse, Dutch.

Tosha Macdonald

Lead Event Planner

Tosha is a mom of four so being unorganized is not an option! She brings her background in accounting and meticulous eye for detail to her role as Lead Planner. Tosha is a dedicated volunteer on the sports field, supporting multiple youth organizations and when not running the show on event day, she enjoys working out, camping adventures, and binging podcasts. 

Huck McClaran

Warehouse and fufillment Manager

Huck has been hauling our one-of-a-kind goods all over Washington State for years! One of his favorite parts of working at Wander is getting to explore Washington State through the beautiful places our clients chose to have events. An expert at logistics and going with the flow when he isn't doing that he can be found enjoying the outdoors, snowboarding, camping, biking, and skate boarding. 

Kaden Hill

Kaden has grown up in the event business and is learning from the ground up. Now an expert at logistics and venue deliveries he is adding floral installs and styling lounges to his growing resume. When he isn't hitting the road with Huck he can be found fishing in Baja, road tripping with friends, and enjoying college life in the PNW.

Meet Jennifer, the organizational powerhouse behind our office. From managing emails to orchestrating seamless deliveries, Jennifer keeps us all in order. Beyond the workplace, she's a dedicated community volunteer and enjoys precious moments with her extensive family. Jennifer's commitment to both professional excellence and community service makes her an invaluable part of our team.
