10 small wedding venues in the Seattle area

When you slim down the size of your wedding the possibilities for venues really opens up. From an art studio to beautiful PNW garden estates. There are so many options in Seattle to have a small but very special wedding.

MadArt Studio

A working art studio, this incredible industrial space located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood is a hidden gem. When they do not have large scale interactive exhibitions they rent out the space to private events. Brick walls, industrial accents, it is the perfect blank space. The best part of hosting an event at MadArt is you are supporting the local artisans who exhibit there.

If an art studio is your vibe, you should check out our Seattle Tiny Wedding happening in June 2021 at MadArt Studio.

Axis Pioneer Square

Ok, this one isn’t a “small” wedding venue, it actually can handle really big weddings if you’re looking for that, but this historic building, located in Pioneer Square, can handle any kind of event. With multiple areas you don’t have to rent out the whole venue. You can choose the perfect space for your small wedding and the venue also includes Nord Alley, Seattle’s most beautiful alley space. Think old New York and an entirely special space for a downtown Seattle small wedding.

Woodinville Lavender Farm

Another gem nestled in Woodinville wine country, this gorgeous lavender farm has fantastic outdoor ceremony options. They specialize in small weddings so you will be in good hands with this venue and they even have many included services and rentals included in their packages. Like handcrafted tables and a wedding coordinator! A great value in an unforgettable location. They are open year round, but you’ll want to book early to get a date in peak lavender blooming season, June through August.

Almquist Family Winery

This is a special gem located in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle. With several rooms to host your small wedding there are plenty of options. I’m not sure which space is my favorite. The Greenhouse is stunning. Overlooking the Lake Washington Ship Canal and a grassy green park, it is stunning all year round. Then there is the barrel room, sitting at an intimate table surrounded by floor to ceiling oak barrels is magical! This space does not disappoint and with in house catering by Table Catering Co you can not go wrong.

Farm Table Inspiration

Farm Table Inspiration

Farm Table Inspiration

Farm Tables are amazing. They elevate a wedding or party to the next level. Your plates are going to pop, your candles are going to glow, and your guests will never forget the ambiance that a handmade wooden Farm Table will bring to the party.

The Best Farm Tables

We don’t want to brag. . .ok we totally want to brag! We have the best Farm Tables in the PNW. If you are looking for a design element to take your party to the next level, look no further then our Modern Farm Tables. We have 20 of these beauties, enough to seat 200. They have a warm wooden top that lets the beauty of the wood shine through. Our farm tables are finished with a walnut oil to highlight the rustic natural grain.

Hand Forged Farm Tables

One of the most important elements of our Farm Tables is the hand forged iron legs. When we were building these tables we looked high and low for a metal worker that got our vision. We’re a woman owned company and to find another woman that could bring our vision to life with the modern Farm Table hairpin legs was the perfect pairing. We couldn’t be happier with how these Farm Tables turned out and we know you will love them just as much.

You can have these Farm Tables too

If you’re looking for some Farm Table Inspiration look no further. Here is a sampling of some of the amazingly beautiful events we have done from Seattle to the San Juan Islands to East of the mountains in Washington State with our one-of-a-kind Modern Farm Tables

We Have Beer Garden Tables

We Have Beer Garden Tables

Did you know we rent beer garden tables?

You betcha! In fact we have 4 sets of authentic German Octoberfest Tables for rent. They are perfect for the backyard BBQ, beer lovers wedding reception, corporate or charity event. Anywhere you want to pop up some casual and stylish tables and benches. They have a worn yellow wood top and the classic green metal folding legs. These babes came all the way from Germany courtesy of one of our favorite antique vendors, Uber Chic. Want more authentic european antiques and handmade goods? Be sure to check them out. They are located in California but often pop up at vintage shows all over Washington State. Check out this blog post about How to Shop Vintage for some ideas on where to find them.

Styled Shoot with Beer Garden Tables

In this fun styled shoot we did with Meghan Klein we set up a beer garden and a bar with an assortment of beers, nuts, and pretzels. We grabbed some beautiful lilacs from Cara’s yard and put them in a vintage collection of beer steins. We used the Ryan bar to showcase an assortment of beers and snacks. The vintage white barn wood and stainless steel top of this bar are the perfect accompaniment for the German Octoberfest Tables. We also set up a couple of galvanized buckets with ice to serve cold brewsky. You can rent beer garden tables for your next event too! They really do go with any vibe and can elevate basic casual seating for you and your guests.

That’s right, we have several amazing bars you can rent and roll up to any event. You read that right, ROLL. Our Ryan Stainless bar and Johnny Copper bar have wheels on them. So you can wheel these babies anywhere you need them. Pop up in a field as your guests walk out of the woods after an elegant forest ceremony. Or roll one or two of these beauties onto an elevator for a rooftop party this summer. Our bars to rent are so versatile you will find a million uses for them at your events.

Bars to Rent

Johnny Copper Bar

Raw and modern this bar is named after the hot, mysterious, and bad boy Johnny Depp. With a rough sawn lumber facade and a sleek but distressed copper top this bar stands out in a crowd! If you’re looking for a bar to rent that has that masculine one-of-a-kind look this one will not disappoint.

Ryan Stainless Bar

We think of Ryan Reynolds when we look at the Ryan Stainless Bar. A little buttoned up, boy next door appeal, but still so sexy! With a white distressed facade and a sleek stainless steel top this isn’t only fashionable, but a work horse too. A sticky summer Sangria is no match for this industrial top, its all just wipe away and all you’ll have left are the memories of an amazing event.

Del Rae Tufted Bar

Ok, this one is special. This vintage avocado green vinyl tufted bar is truly one-of-a-kind. The Del Rae Tufted bar has that 70’s Palm Springs Vibe. If you are looking for a funky pop of color this is the bar to rent!
